NEW TRADEMARK APPLICATION PROCEDURE 2020
✅ Filing the TMA2 form with pre-approved application list.Each class/categories need 2 copies.
( GOOD / SERVICES ).
✅The representation of Trademark must be firmly attached or affixed in the TMA2.
✅Size of the representation of the Trademark / Graphic representation of the sign shall be more than 2cm X 2cm and less than 10cm X 10cm.

ii) webaccess.wipo.int/mgs/
✅ Pay Registration fees.
✅ Application can be done by counter submission.
